I loved our recent visit to the beach when we managed to capture some amazing photos in the setting sun so when Wallcreate asked me whether I’d be interested in reviewing a canvas, I knew straight away which picture I would choose.
Photos on canvas are a great way to display much loved photos in the home and with prices from Wallcreate starting at just £8.97 it’s also an affordable way too.
We are terrible at getting recent photos printed and put up which I think I’ve mentioned before. If you look around our house, most of the pictures are from our wedding, 8 years ago, or feature a very tiny Meg and it’s really something I keep meaning to address but never get round to it.
I think I’ve caught the bug after receiving the canvas from Wallcreate however and have made it one of my aims this year to update our photos. Surely I can manage it in a year?!
The canvas was well padded and protected in its packaging and on opening I immediately noticed how it felt to be good quality. I love the wraparound effect. We bought one last year where the image bled in the wraparound and it made it look slightly odd (we stuck it up somewhere high so you can’t see that part!)
The image is clear, even with some many dark colours and I was really impressed.
It even comes with hooks so there’s no excuse not to hang it up, although we haven’t quite got around to that part yet *ahem*
If you’re as terrible as I am at getting photographs printed and displayed then you’ll be pleased to know that I’ve teamed up with Wallcreate to offer one lucky reader the chance to win their own 40cm x 30cm canvas, just like the one we were sent (your own picture of course!)
